Requirements

• Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seamlessly manage footwear inventory between the backstock and the sales floor for Men’s, Women’s, and Youth departments, ensuring sales associates have exactly what they need to support our customers.
• Kick off warm, welcoming interactions with guests, help customer service process returns efficiently, and collaborate with your team to minimize wait times and keep the energy high.
• Stay sharp, organized, and tech-ready by prepping your devices before your shift, tracking inventory accurately, and keeping the shoe department clutter-free and looking its best.
• Communicate proactively with leadership, multi-task like a pro, and bring a positive, professional attitude to a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
