About The Position

Blue Diamond Attachments is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Sales Support Supervisor to help lead and support our customer success team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching and mentoring others, improving processes and workflows, solving problems and removing bottlenecks, supporting systems like Salesforce and ERP, creating structure, accountability, and consistency, and helping customers and teammates succeed. This is not a high-pressure call center manager role. We are looking for a process-minded leader who can support the team, improve operations, and serve as the go-to resource for customer service problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support Customer Service Representatives
  • Help onboard and train new team members
  • Build and improve customer service processes
  • Support Salesforce and system workflow consistency
  • Assist with escalated customer and dealer issues
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, shipping, and product support
  • Help track team performance and follow-up accountability
  • Create training guides and process documentation
