About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support staff to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that our sales operations run smoothly and our customers receive top-tier service. You will act as a vital bridge between our clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a sharp eye for detail.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support or sales administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional phone and email demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workloads, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities or urgent sales requests

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders, invoices, and sales contracts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine client inquiries regarding order status, shipping timelines, inventory availability, and billing questions
  • Support sales representatives by preparing price quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales reports
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, pipeline data within the company system to ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other departments
  • Proactively identifying roadblocks in the sales fulfillment process and work to resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
