We are seeking a Customer Experience Sales Support Specialist to assist with administrative and day to day functions within the Customer Experience Sales Support Service area.

Nice To Haves

  • Order fulfillment, SAP, logistics, and/or customer service process experience preferred
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical discipline is desired but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Ensures purchase orders and all customer inquiries are processed in a timely manner with accurateness
  • Customer returns and invoicing
  • Preparing export documents
  • Consignment month end invoicing and inventory reconciliation
  • Customer order fulfillment updates and communications
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Communications with the Sales and Marketing Team including our Foreign Offices
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
