A Sales Support Specialist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Manages the operational aspects of sales related tasks Monitors account activity, ensures compliance, and maintains accurate records Manages risk and Identity verification Provides prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional service at all times. Must be able to manage time effectively and process applications efficiently in order to meet goals.  Accurately maintains member account information. Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. We are also open on Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Saturdays are covered on a rotating basis. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this. This is not a remote position.

Requirements

  • Has 1-3 years of similar or related experience
  • Has a two-year college degree or applicable specialized training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
  • Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • This position has significant work over the phone. Listening skills, documenting skills and organizational skills are a requirement.
