About The Position

We are looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist ! Primary responsibility is to manage and support the salesmen accounts on your team. The position is also responsible for handling General Reception and Office Administration. Perks of the job: Monday - Friday / 8AM - 5PM $21/hr - $25/hr / Weekly Pay!   • Strong customer service focus
  • 2+ experiences
  • MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Support the assigned sales representatives with daily status updates
  • Manage accounts – Set up, update changes, update pricing, and monitor margins on the account
  • Troubleshooting transactions, order history, and online orders
  • Key in orders from customers and salesmen (phone, fax, or email). Key in samples and returns
  • Managing and set up online account
  • Set up CPM and Rebate contracts
  • Work closely with internal/external customers to build and maintain customer loyalty
  • Provide basic product information to customers
  • Understand product and service offering available to customers
  • Some inside sales required
  • Product training and research
  • Problem solving/decision making skills – ability to decide on best course of action required to solve the problem
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time
  • Provide exceptional customer service
