About The Position

Job Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports. Respond to guest inquiries and provide product/service information. Develop relationships to create a robust revenue source for repeat business. Drive new revenue through outbound efforts. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and guest interactions. Manage sales-related documentation and ensure its accuracy. Collaborate with Regional Director of Sales as sole sales liaison in venue.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Foundational sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus.
