About The Position

Fort Myers Broadcasting Company has an immediate opening for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role provides essential clerical, administrative, and statistical support to the TV Sales department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Be part of the largest privately held media company in Southwest Florida. Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an office or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach

Nice To Haves

  • Prior media industry and/or WideOrbit experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties, including entering and modifying sales orders for television properties
  • Submit cash statements and process billing invoices as needed
  • Maintain and update weekly TV programming schedules
  • Scan, organize, and file active orders for administrative purposes
  • Coordinate with promotions, production, and other internal departments to support campaign execution
  • Answer and direct inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Provide general administrative support and complete additional office tasks as assigned
