In this role, you’ll build strong customer relationships that drive retention, loyalty, and revenue growth. You’ll support the full sales cycle—from uncovering opportunities to managing renewals—while ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience. We’re looking for someone passionate about using technology to improve customers’ lives, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys collaborating with others. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to going above and beyond for both customers and colleagues. Salary: $70,000-$75,000 + Incentive compensation plan

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of sales support and/or customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Commutable to either Hauppauge, NY or Lincoln, RI

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted customer relationships through regular calls, check-ins, and occasional onsite visits.
  • Understand client business needs to identify opportunities and develop long-term sales strategies.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and product adoption by resolving issues, setting expectations, and escalating as needed.
  • Review account history to uncover upgrades, renewals, and new opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Managers to support initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate RFPs, bid responses, proposals, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Manage renewals, upgrades, and warranty/license tracking, ensuring timely quotes and proactive follow-up.
  • Maintain deal registrations, CRM updates, and pipeline status tracking.
  • Develop accurate product quotes and proposals, factoring in discounts, promotions, and margins.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on pricing strategies and vendor negotiations.
  • Communicate with distributors for pricing, lead times, and alternatives.
  • Leverage quarter- and year-end opportunities for deeper discounts.
  • Keep CRM/NetSuite records accurate and current (opportunities, sales orders, win/loss, contacts).
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain complete customer/prospect information.
  • Stay up to date on CCS products and solutions through training and certifications.
