With a strong customer service focus, the SSS responds to inbound inquiries, collects customer data, generates quotations, and provides general administrative support to Inside Sales Engineers. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention and maximizing revenue.

Requirements

2+ years of inside sales or customer support experience (or comparable experience) preferred, ideally in industrial equipment or services.
Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
Clear communication skills with an ability to explain technical service offerings in customer-friendly terms.

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests via phone, email, and web sources.
Generate and follow up on sales quotations.
Generate accurate and timely quotes using SAP/CRM.
Log all customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes in CRM to ensure transparency and forecast accuracy.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and fulfillment of Busch Group products.
Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
Provide input to refine workflow, quoting processes, and customer communication best practices.
Share customer insights with Marketing and Product Marketing Managers to improve Busch product offerings and promotions.
