About The Position

Join Guardian Data and help keep our sales team moving. At Guardian Data, we help organizations securely manage and dispose of their IT assets through data destruction, ITAD, logistics, and technology services. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Support Specialist who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and supporting a fast-paced sales team. If you're someone who loves working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, has an eye for detail, and enjoys collaborating with others, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

Highly organized and enjoy managing multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate work.
Communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams.
Comfortable learning new software and working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience supporting sales, customer service, operations, estimating, project coordination, administration, or another detail-oriented business function.
Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where every day is a little different.

Nice To Haves

Experience in logistics, technology, manufacturing, distribution, construction, or professional services is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer quotes and proposals across a variety of service offerings.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to gather information and ensure quotes are complete and accurate.
Help manage multiple requests while keeping projects organized and on schedule.
Maintain pricing information, templates, and documentation.
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Look for opportunities to improve processes and help create a seamless customer experience.
