Nice To Haves

4-year college degree preferred, but not required.
0–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing updates.
Support outside sales reps by tracking orders, following up on shipments, and managing customer communications.
Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Enter and track orders, manage files, and maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate drop shipments and warehouse communication to ensure on-time deliveries.
Process returns and warranty parts, and manage internal documentation (e.g., dummy tickets).
Manage email correspondence for the sales team, including customer-facing communications.
Verify acknowledgments and assist with sales documentation and appointment scheduling.
Support light inventory duties related to HVAC stock (e.g., Green Heck products).
