The Sales Support Department is responsible for supporting our Sales Teams and Agents by providing best in industry services across all our products and brands. A close partnership with our agents in the field and internal teams is critical to the success of APCO. The Sales Support Specialist will directly support a specific region of the Sales Team in addition to assisting with the functions of all other Sales Support team members. The specialist is focused on providing expedient and friendly resolution to all field inquiries via email, helpdesk and phone queue, applying high priority to those requests involving rating and/or client facing concerns and providing assistance to the field team with new dealer setup and maintenance and supporting their revenue goals.
