About The Position

Ulrich Lifestyle Structures is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for their Design Center in Harrisonburg, VA. This role focuses on responding to inbound customer inquiries from phone, website, and social media, greeting walk-in customers, and qualifying leads before connecting them with Designers. The company specializes in custom storage sheds, garages, cabins, workshops, playhouses, and backyard spaces. This position primarily works with inbound leads rather than cold calling, with expected earnings ranging from $45,000 to $83,000+ per year, including a base salary of $31,200 – $41,600 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, inside sales, or service environments)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to guide conversations and identify customer needs
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from phone, website, and social media
• Greet walk-in customers at the Design Center

• Schedule appointments with Designers for detailed project consultations
• Follow up with interested customers and missed appointments
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment
