About The Position

EarthCraft Landscaping is hiring! We are currently seeking driven applicants for our Sales Support Specialist position. This position is a full-time, year-round and based in Indiana, PA. Position Summary: The primary function of the Sales Support Specialist is to perform administrative tasks to support the sales team through the sales process and beyond. Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn our industry-specific software
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Assist with answering phones and taking new leads
Process and file information from client meetings
Assist with estimating process as needed
Send opportunity proposals and follow up as needed
Process and file information for sold jobs
Update site maps and other documents as needed
Create internal timeline for preparation and procurement of plants and materials
Prepare job handoff packet for crew and attend Production Meeting
Notify clients of upcoming scheduled visits
Prepare job completion material for client
Provide administrative support to the Sales department
