This role involves working together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions, ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders, and coordinating deliveries on behalf of customers. The position also requires answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and effectively using the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system. Responsibilities include working at the counter and in the warehouse as needed.
