Sales Support Representative

Revision LLCMason City, FL
$80,000 - $85,000Remote

About The Position

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is a field-based role created to extend Business Development Manager (BDM) capacity in Revision's highest-density, highest-potential markets. The SSR is deployed against clusters of territories with strong penetration of medical aesthetics (MA) practices and above-average growth potential. The SSR is responsible for the day-to-day account support, education, and analytics work that keeps those accounts growing between BDM visits. This is not a standalone territory-owner role. The SSR supports 2-3 territories within an assigned cluster and works inside an assigned BDM's book of business, taking on defined account-level responsibility, while the BDM retains overall territory ownership, strategy, and accountability for the full territory quotas.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or professional skincare sales, sales support, or account coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities across more than one territory simultaneously.
  • Comfort with basic sales and territory analytics (CRM data, account-level reporting) to inform day-to-day prioritization.
  • Strong presentation and in-office training skills; comfortable leading education sessions for practice staff and, at times, patients.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within an assigned multi-territory cluster.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a professional skincare or aesthetics inside-sales, sales support, or coordinator role.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce account setup and onboarding workflows for professional/medical channel accounts.
  • Experience supporting or partnering with a field sales manager, territory manager, or BDM-equivalent role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-office education trainings and patient events for supported accounts, reinforcing protocol adherence and product knowledge among practice staff.
  • Support seasonal activation programming (e.g., in-office contests, bounce-back programs, Revision Takeover events) at the account level.
  • Coordinate new account openings, including onboarding logistics and eCommerce site setup, ensuring accounts are transaction-ready quickly.
  • Hold account-level responsibility for a defined set of accounts within the BDM's territory.
  • Drive lead generation activity across the assigned cluster, working from territory and account data to prioritize outreach.
  • Conduct territory analytics to identify white space, at-risk accounts, and cross-sell opportunity, feeding findings back to the BDM.
  • Act as the BDM's forward presence in the cluster between field visits, maintaining account momentum and relationship continuity.
  • Escalate account risk, competitive activity, or service issues to the BDM promptly and with context.
