The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams and external customers in a professional manner that supports enhanced service standards and contributes to the overall sales strategy. The incumbent will be external customers first point of contact and throughout the life cycle of the account. The Sales Support Specialist will aid in the development, maintenance, and reporting of sales program, presentations, materials, resources, and data analytics.
