About The Position
Under the general guidance of the Sales Support Manager, responsible for order processing, coordination of requirements, status updates and other support activities needed to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. One of the primary functions of this position is to act as the liaison between the external customers and internal departments including Manufacturing, Business Development, Export, Finance and Legal.

Responsibilities
- Provide pricing, lead times, part numbers and other product/ordering information as required.
- Direct sales leads to appropriate Business Development or technical contacts.
- Review customer orders, confirm accuracy, identify issues to be addressed and acknowledge receipt.
- Collection of supporting order documentation and information.
- SAP data entry
- Monitor order progress, identify delivery obstacles and coordinate resolutions.
- Provide status updates to the customer.
- Process change orders and communicate requirements with affected parties.
- Generate and distribute reports as required.
- Assist with non-standard customer requests.
- Coordinate line of business specific special programs and offers.
