About The Position

EOLA Power is Florida’s #1 independent provider of critical UPS service and maintenance. We support hospitals, municipalities, data centers, and industrial facilities that rely on dependable power infrastructure. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales and service teams through quoting, customer communication, and opportunity follow-up. This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple quotes and customer requests in a fast-paced B2B environment. This is a stable, growth-focused position with the opportunity to expand into account management or senior sales support over time.

Requirements

2+ years in inside sales, sales support or quoting role (B2B preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional communication skills (email and phone).
Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in technical, industrial, construction, or service-based industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner.
Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward.
Communicate with customers regarding pricing, timelines, and service options.
Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure accuracy.
Maintain organized and detailed records in CRM and internal systems.
Support outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed.
