About The Position

Responsible for leading, managing and executing sales performance and support strategies. Key responsibilities include partnering with market level business leaders to grow the business, implementing tactics to deliver on strategic priorities, assessing current operating models to develop and implement improvement, addressing regulatory requirements, and managing a sales support team. Job expectations include promoting core sales routines and client experience, ensuring operational excellence and mitigating risk. This position supports the GCB - Healthcare, Education and Not For Profit organization.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of successful management and leadership experience in leading a team enabling sales activities
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate and develop team
  • Influence management, relationship-building and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrates solid business acumen and data analytic abilities in support of sales activities.
  • Strong executive presence, written and verbal communication
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic priorities and day-to-day business routines in partnership with market leadership team
  • Manages a team of 10-15 associates in multiple locations and states
  • Develops and mentors talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates
  • Manages inspection and routines of business segment results with market leadership team
  • Creates a world class client experience environment through continuous improvement of internal process and procedures
  • Manages business-level initiatives prescribed by business leaders
  • Drives operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy
  • Manages organizational priorities and effective execution to achieve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
