This individual would assist brokers with the contracting/certification process, enrollments, answer specific product questions and assist with escalated issues. This role would report to the Broker Service Department in but be dedicated to the appropriate market.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel to broker meetings upon request (up to 25%)
  • 2-3 years of health insurance related experience, supporting Brokers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to obtain Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License within 6 months if not licensed at time of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a production environment
  • Medicare Advantage experience
  • Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or retail location
