Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role supports our sales management while serving as a customer service representative.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management (apparel/consumer goods preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with ERP systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive, solution-driven mindset

Responsibilities

Sample coordination, creating sales rep distribution lists, and preparing shipments.
Fielding sales representative sample requests for customers
Support Sales Management and Representatives with weekly sales comparison reports
Trade show planning and coordination
Sales Meeting coordination and planning twice a year
Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse, to resolve issues
New Product set-up and maintenance of customers’ portals, fulfill image and product information requests.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product availability, and shipping
Handle returns, credits, and order changes as needed
Provide proactive, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction
