About The Position

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully onsite role supporting branch operations, customer service, and the sales team in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with computers, email systems, and Microsoft Office applications
Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic mathematical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a moderately fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Dependable and seeking a long-term opportunity
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures
Handle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, pick lists, and nightly deposits
Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain showroom organization, inventory, and checkout area cleanliness
Utilize company systems and basic computer applications, including ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office
Assist with coding and general office support tasks
Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
