About The Position

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for supporting the Sales Leadership team and Properties of The Villages sales reps in building their businesses by highlighting the lifestyle, building relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and maintaining a point of differentiation in the market by aligning with The Villages core values. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Full Time, Onsite Position

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.); or two (2) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Real Estate knowledge a plus; familiarity with the market trends and regulatory requirements of the Real Estate industry.
  • Understanding of processing systems, marketing strategies and tools.
  • This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business. Please refer to the Vehicle Safety Program for the policies and procedures that this position is required to follow.
  • A Valid Driver’s License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Event Support and Coordination – Provide hands on support for planning and organizing events; Work under the direction of senior coordinators or leaders to support events for sales reps by researching venues, communicate with vendors, and coordinate logistics; provide set up support if applicable and provide fulfillment support for mailing lists, invites, signage, tables, décor, etc.
  • Advertising and Collateral Support – Perform routine tasks to organize the development of advertising templates for reps to promote properties in conjunction with the creative team; work with appropriate channels to place ads; fulfill tasks to organize the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content. Coordinate online commerce tools for reps to self-serve needs for business.
  • Digital Marketing Support – Support and perform tasks for the development of content ideas for newsletters, email marketing, and social media under direction of senior coordinator or Leadership; Pull reports and collect data on digital marketing performance, providing insights. Coordinate the tasks to produce digital marketing materials and campaigns. Coordinate the mailing lists for direct mail and invites. Organize, proof quarterly newsletters; assist in production.
  • Inventory Management - Manage the marketing inventory, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, well-organized, and readily available for sales reps.
  • Administration, billing and reporting – Track and report charges as applicable; provide usage reports.
  • All other duties as assigned.
