The Sales Support role is responsible for primary support to his/her assigned salesperson which includes but is not limited to Tender Management, spot rate inquiry, onboarding and contract maintenance. In addition, they may qualify sales leads from our customer list. He/she will execute the day-to-day sales support activities on an account list basis under the supervision of the Sales Support Manager in the Global Customer Management team. They are to ensure all necessary tasks are completed for the team to achieve profitability and volume growth goals under ONE’s marketing and commercial policy/strategy.
