About The Position

Inside the Role This position is a member of the Sales Support & Marketing team within Daimler Truck Remarketing (DTR). The primary purpose of this position is to provide daily support to SelecTrucks Centers, DTNA Dealers, and DTR Field Sales team by managing used truck sales orders, concessions, and bailment requests. This position provides operational support by ensuring DTR’s inventory is available through designated sales channels. This position is responsible for supporting all marketing programs and answering questions via e-mail and/or phone from DTR’s used truck network. Process Stock Truck and OSA Concessions Program Credit Processing Validate and process credits for marketing programs for retail sales Process Freight Equalization & Limited Terms Freight Charges Process applicable program debits at time of invoice Process Price Protection Sales Adjustments Process Returned Bailment Expenses Field Sales Support & Inside Sales Provide support to dedicated Regional Used Truck Managers Provide daily support via phone calls and e-mails from SelecTrucks Centers and DTNA Dealers Manage DTR’s inventory by tagging trucks for pending sales and special promotions Manage the execution of special promotions Technology Support Work with DTR IT to improve technology platforms such as QuickMatch 2.0, DTR Link, and UTL Perform User Acceptance Testing for new technology enhancements DTR & Marketing Support Manage procurement process on behalf of DTR as needed Update content and publish communications via DTNA Portal as needed Publish communications via DTNA Portal Update content on Net X, DTNA Portal, and Highspot Manage purchase requisition process for DTR Track DTR marketing expenses Send monthly center dashboards to SelecTrucks network Training administration support Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited college/university and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree, is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong organizational, budget management, project management, interpersonal communication and presentation skills required. Expertise in Microsoft Office required. Exceptional Candidates Might Have Experience with SAP, IMS, Tableau, Smartsheet. OEM commercial truck or automotive marketing and/or sales experience. Schedule Type: Hybrid (4 days per week in-office / 1 day remote). Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited college/university and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree, is required.
