About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of store success and efficiency, with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-kept sales floor. The role supports the flow of products from receipt through point of sale, including processing shipments, managing stock, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining the stockroom. Associates also support sales floor activities, customer requests, and visual merchandising while adhering to store policies and Loss Prevention guidelines. The position is temporary and requires a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, including supporting social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media according to policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom clean.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
