About The Position

The Sales Support Associate helps ensure an organized, efficient, and customer-ready store by managing deliveries, maintaining accurate stock, and supporting daily floor replenishment and operational standards. The role involves organizing merchandise, maintaining awareness of stock and sales performance, supporting floor moves, processing price changes and markdowns, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance across the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite or warehouse areas. The position requires collaboration, customer service, communication, adaptability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season, and public holidays. This role also has regular lifting and other physical activity requirements.

Requirements

• Previous retail service experience and a passion for retail and the service industry.
• Excellent client service and communication skills; ability to maneuver the sales floor and engage multiple customers.
• Strong communication skills and an elevated sense of personal style.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly; monitor and prioritize daily workload.
• Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance.
• Support floor moves and keep the selling floor consistently stocked throughout the day.
• Execute price changes and markdowns as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite or warehouse areas.
• Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing business needs.
• Provide client service on the sales floor and engage multiple customers.
