About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency, providing direct customer service and supporting the flow of product from receipt through point of sale. The role creates a positive customer impression through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and by maintaining a well-organized sales floor. The position also supports sales-floor activity, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while following store policies and Loss Prevention guidelines. The role requires previous retail experience, attention to detail, organization, multitasking, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to use retail technology and equipment. Employees must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays, and meet the stated physical requirements.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
Ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media according to policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and carry out visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
