About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of the store’s success and efficiency, delivering on the brand’s customer-service commitment through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. The role supports the flow of products from receipt through point of sale, while helping create a positive and lasting impression for customers. The position includes customer assistance and sales-floor support, point-of-sale and cash-wrap operations, receiving and organizing inventory, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping standards. The associate also follows company policies for cash handling and loss prevention and works with the store team to meet business needs.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash-wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
