We’re looking for a Sales Support Assistant—a proactive, organized professional ready to take on a blend of administrative support and customer account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years relevant industry or support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong command of retail math
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Skilled multitasker in fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Navision is a plus
  • 1–3 years in jewelry, luxury goods, or retail preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage sample shipments and product bins
  • Maintain internal AD lists and catalogs
  • Liaise with overseas teams to update forecasts and specs
  • Provide weekly recaps and review documentation for accuracy
  • Schedule showroom visits
  • Prepare presentations and coordinate meeting logistics
  • Track photography flow, markdowns, RTVs, and product conversions
