About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing Sales processes and reporting tools, including Salesforce.com, Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau, and Alteryx. It involves supervising Club Car Links and applications for Channel Partners, maintaining business users, and providing training. The position includes system configuration changes, testing, system adoption, and support for Salesforce.com and Analytics applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field preferred
  • 2 – 5 years related experience
  • Salesforce.com CRM experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • High proficiency in Microsoft, SQL Server, HTML5
  • Exposure to a scripting language such as JavaScript is highly desired
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Basic programming language skills a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Sales processes and reporting tools, including Salesforce.com, Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Supervise Club Car Links and applications for Channel Partners.
  • Maintain business users and provide training.
  • Perform system configuration changes, testing, system adoption, and support for Salesforce.com and Analytics applications.
  • Troubleshoot system setup from operational and technical perspectives.
  • Isolate severity of key issues prohibiting business continuity and manage expectations throughout case escalation & resolution.
  • Monitor system utilization and take action to support higher adoption.
  • Support onboarding new Channel Partners, managing visibility and access in SFDC, and collaborating with Contracts and Legal for accurate setup.
  • Oversee system setup for Club Car Links users, monitor licenses, and develop engagement strategies.
  • Provide training, manage profiles and roles, and support system and business process changes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for future growth and conduct training sessions.
  • Ensure up-to-date training materials and manage reporting for system usage and adoption.
  • Provide help desk support for all users and secondary support for Zoom Contact Center.
  • Develop, test, support and implement all training menus, shout outs, in app guidance activities in WalkMe application.
  • Measure and understand WalkMe adoption and develop reporting to drive usage.
  • Lead, provide, and design requirements for sales processes and aligning business intelligence systems.
  • Independently perform testing, planning, and project management related to process and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to continually improve and streamline processes and reporting systems and data.
  • Ensure data integrity within all supported applications.
  • Analyze data providing standard and advanced business and process analysis of trends to help sales drive business growth.
  • Develop business intelligence analytics based on business needs.
  • Find commonalities throughout geographies and share lessons learned.
  • Provide business support reporting and ad hoc report requirements.
  • Support Sales with quote to cash processes and analysis.
  • Gather requirements, identify problems, and design solutions.
  • Plan for aggressive project schedules and timely rollout communications with appropriate documentation.
  • Deliver user training of supported processes and reporting.
