About The Position

The Sales Support member will help us keep up with the demands of a fast-paced sales office, while maintaining a positive team atmosphere in our Calgary office. The function of Sales Support is to provide direct support for the sales team in the day-to-day tasks, as well as provide accurate and timely support for our customers. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, reliable and timely responses and a desire to learn will be required.

Requirements

100% dedicated in office role (no remote work available)
3+ years of experience in an administrative/sales support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer background including experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF readers
Independent, self-motivated, and a desire to learn
Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to reprioritize, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of PDF editing software and document control (Nitro, Adobe, Bluebeam)

On-the-job training will be provided for relevant manufacturer software

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with administrative work as required, including but not limited to: Prepare equipment submittal drawings for review by mechanical consultants, follow up with customers on outstanding submittal drawings, Communicate (written and oral) with all levels of management, sales, and customers, Provide feedback and recommendations to improve workflow within the role, Prepare and enter new bids into project management software, Update all addendums and/or changes in scope from clients via Outlook, One Drive, Dropbox, Procore, etc., Collect and digitally file all documents and communication accurately and efficiently, Provide outstanding customer service, with a Customer First approach to business, Occasionally print and distribute mechanical drawings, Cross train with other administrative roles to provide coverage when required other duties as assigned by management
