About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. In this role, Sales Supervisors contribute directly to the business's success through customer interactions, sharing the company's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and undertaking special projects. This role is similar to a Keyholder position at other companies.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit

Passion for helping customers and teammates

Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
