About The Position

Chicago Baking Company is seeking a Route Sales Supervisor for our Waukegan, IL area. This role involves developing and growing customer relationships, providing leadership and direction to ensure growth and improved operational efficiency, and helping to develop and execute the Sales Plan for National, Regional and Local customers. The supervisor will utilize proprietary I.T. for Sales and Route management, effectively lead the local management team, and develop and foster teamwork, excitement, and alignment with company objectives. The role also includes cultivating and managing strong customer relationships, coaching and developing Route Sales Managers and Store Merchandisers, leading continuous improvement activities, and effectively communicating market conditions and performance standards to management and employees.

Requirements

5+ years of progressively responsible management in CPG/DSD
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
Strong customer development and relationship skills
Strong sales and operations skills
BS/BA in Business or related field
