About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the business's success through direct customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and undertaking special projects. This position is similar to a Keyholder role at other companies and is crucial for our retail operations across the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
At least 6 months of experience in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure
Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a drive to be a top performer
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, even during long hours

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
Develop innovative and entrepreneurial ways to enhance the glasses-shopping experience
Lead selling activities on the floor, manage front-of-house operations, and conduct team touch-bases in the absence of a manager
Open and close the store
Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
