About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. This role, sometimes called a Keyholder at other companies, involves direct customer interaction, contributing to the business's success, sharing the company's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and undertaking special projects. The position is for a new store opening at The Shoppes at English Village.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
A team player who is passionate about helping customers and teammates alike

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers

Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
Open and close the store
