About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. This role contributes to the business's success through direct customer interactions, sharing the company's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and special projects. Sales Supervisors may also be referred to as Keyholders at other brands.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
Entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
Open and close the store
