About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the company's success through direct customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and undertaking special projects. This position is similar to a Keyholder role at other companies and involves face-to-face customer engagement across retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
  • 6+ months in a management position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
  • An entrepreneurial spirit

  • Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
  • Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
  • Open and close the store
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
