About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will contribute to the success of the business through direct customer interactions, sharing Warby Parker's story and mission, participating in process improvement, and undertaking special projects. This role is similar to a Keyholder position at other brands and is crucial to our retail operations across the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
  • 6+ months in a management position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
  • Develop innovative and entrepreneurial ways to enhance the glasses-shopping experience
  • Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases in the absence of a manager
  • Open and close the store
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
