About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences. This role, similar to a Keyholder at other companies, involves direct customer interaction, sharing the company's story and mission, contributing to process improvement, and participating in special projects. The position is for a new store opening.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers

Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
