About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences in their new store opening. This role, similar to a Keyholder at other brands, involves direct customer interaction, sharing the company's story and mission, contributing to process improvement, and participating in special projects. Sales Supervisors are crucial to the success of retail locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly
An entrepreneurial spirit
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Passion for helping customers and teammates
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills
Self-motivated to be a top performer
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, even when working long hours
