About The Position

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join their team. This role involves driving results through a strategic approach, assisting upper management, and handling key opening and closing duties. The Sales Supervisor will foster customer relationships, develop personal knowledge of current trends, and coach styling techniques. They will also empower the team to ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant retail experience
  • Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English is required.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
  • Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days.
