About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional customer experiences. Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of the business through face-to-face customer interactions, share Warby Parker’s story and mission on the sales floor, and participate in process improvement and special projects. The role also leads sales-floor activity and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present, including opening and closing the store.

Requirements

Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver customer service.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn.
Team-oriented and passionate about helping customers and teammates.
Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and committed to strong performance.
Ability to bring positive energy to the workplace, including when working long hours.
Must not be listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
