About The Position

The Sales Supervisor - Off Premise is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel. This role focuses on achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing. The supervisor will foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory. Additionally, they will assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up, and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics. Other projects or duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years of related experience or 2+ years internal Account Manager experience
