About The Position

As a Sales Stylist, you will report to the Store Manager and are expected to be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and think beyond the immediate task. Your responsibilities will include modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through various functions such as customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will support the leadership team by suggesting looks that align with current trends and promotions based on consumer needs, promoting the Levi's® omni experience through the Red Tab Loyalty program, resolving consumer concerns effectively, and partnering with store management on escalated issues. Additionally, you will efficiently handle cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor set execution, markdowns, and replenishment systems, all while maintaining store standards and complying with store policies and directives from store management.
Requirements
- Fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
- Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holidays.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Must be 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
- Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
- Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
- Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
- Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
- Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
- Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management.
