About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part-time Stylist who is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and thinks beyond the task. The stylist will be responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. This role requires a passion for fashion, an understanding of brand heritage, and a positive attitude towards customers and coworkers. The stylist will drive performance and support the leadership team by suggesting looks, promoting the Levi's® omni experience, resolving consumer concerns, and efficiently handling store operations such as shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Compliance with all Levi's® Stores policies and procedures is expected.

Requirements

• Fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoy s being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holiday s.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
• Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficient handling of all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management.
