Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Management Consulting, or similar strategic business functions.
  • Proven track record of increasing responsibility and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, digital media, marketing, or adtech environments is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to transform complex datasets into clear executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to, influencing, and partnering with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
  • A proactive, highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while managing multiple strategic priorities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Salesforce are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Practical understanding and active interest in leveraging AI platforms and LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to automate and optimize workflows is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas region and the broader commercial leadership team.
  • Translate global corporate strategy into actionable commercial execution plans.
  • Support the region’s evolution from historical reporting toward high-accuracy predictive revenue forecasting.
  • Deliver market insights, business analysis, and data-driven recommendations to guide regional investment decisions.
  • Design and optimize operating models that maximize commercial productivity and regional ROI.
  • Build and refine account coverage models, territory structures, and sales capacity planning frameworks.
  • Develop data-backed Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and support strategic segmentation initiatives.
  • Establish strong pipeline hygiene, sales velocity metrics, and performance management frameworks.
  • Identify operational gaps and lead change-management initiatives to continuously improve the sales ecosystem.
  • Own the regional business reporting rhythm and proactively identify opportunities to remove revenue bottlenecks.
  • Partner with global Salesforce and analytics teams to ensure Americas requirements are reflected in the global sales technology roadmap.
  • Support regional compensation planning, quota allocation methodology, and target-setting processes.
  • Partner with the Deal Desk team to optimize commercial frameworks and maximize client contract and campaign profitability.
