As part of a newly integrated, beauty-centric operating model, the specialist will contribute to improving speed to market and enabling best-in-class commercial execution across the entire portfolio. The role is critical for the Beauty Pod’s success, ensuring that strategy effectively translates into execution and that brands maintain a consistent and competitive presence in the market.
